Minnesota Avenue Main Street is made up of diverse members of the community who work collectively to support the program goals and objectives: to strengthen and transform the local economy within the Minnesota Avenue NE and Benning Road commercial corridor in Washington, D.C.’s Ward 7.  Minnesota Avenue Main Street strive to become a volunteer driven, place-based organization that will help promote economic opportunities for entrepreneurs in Ward 7, and deepens WACIF’s investment east of the river. 

The Minnesota Avenue Main Street, a program of the Washington Area Community Investment Fund (Wacif), works with residents and businesses to strengthen the commercial district at the heart of our community. We are dedicated to supporting local businesses and fostering a clean, green, and vibrant commercial area.
